Ingredients
| Roselle Petals | 5 |
| Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar or sweetner | As required |
Boil 5 petals of this Roselle flower for around 4-5 minutes.
Switch off the stove and add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and required amount of sugar.
let it cool down and have it as a cool drink or a warm tea.
Don’t forget the leaves for those of you who have utilised the flowers. The leaves add tanginess into any curry you like. So now those of you who have and use this plant regularly need not leave the leaves behind. Add them to your dishes.
