
Kerala the land of coconuts
Keralites are well known for their love for the coconut. The traditional meal of Kerala, the Kerala Sadya, is not even possible without coconuts. The traditional breakfast of Dosa and Chammandi is an absolute must for almost every keralal house hold. lets look at how to make this very easy dish.
Ingredients:

- Coconut Grated – 1 cup
- small onions or Shallots – 4
- Green Chillies -2 or more depending on spice level
- Curry leaves
- Coconut oil – 2 Tbsp( Try to use only this oil)
- Salt

How to make Coconut chammandi
Grind coconut, small onions ,green chillies and salt with just enough water to be able to grind.
Put the ground paste into a container and simple add torn curry leaves and add coconut oil to it
Give it a good mix
